Racing Lab Joins TCR European Endurance and GTC Endurance Challenge as Strategic Partner

The TCR European Endurance and the GTC Endurance Challenge officially announce a new partnership with Racing Lab, the Lugano-based center of excellence specialized in professional simulation and high-performance driver coaching. The agreement has been created with the aim of improving on-track performance while reducing learning time and testing costs through dedicated preparation programs and advanced motorsport technologies. The service will provide drivers with concrete support throughout the racing season by offering cutting-edge technological tools, personalized coaching sessions, and the experience of Nestor “Bebu” Girolami alongside the Racing Lab instructor team. The Argentine driver, WTCR World Championship runner-up in 2022 with Honda, has represented Hyundai since 2024 and last season secured second place at the Vallelunga round of the TCR European Endurance.

The collaboration will allow competitors in the two continental endurance championships for GT4 and TCR cars to access special conditions for training and coaching sessions throughout the year. At the Lugano headquarters, drivers will be able to prepare for each round by working on data analysis, racing lines, stress management, and performance optimization through high-end simulators and tailored programs. The two series promoted by RIZA International represent an important benchmark for emerging talents entering the international endurance racing scene. Thanks to this initiative, young drivers will benefit from the support of a professional team capable of accelerating their technical and sporting development.

The partnership also extends to the awards program, celebrating the protagonists of the 2025 season. Racing Lab will reward the winners of the Gentleman, Lady, and Junior trophies in both the GT4 and TCR categories with an exclusive coaching day alongside Bebu Girolami, aimed at technical improvement and preparation for the following season. The agreement between Racing Lab and the championships promoted by Mauricio Slaviero further demonstrates the evolution of modern motorsport, increasingly focused on the use of professional simulators and advanced tools for driver preparation. The partnership therefore strengthens the role of the TCR European Endurance and the GTC Endurance Challenge as dynamic and innovative platforms capable of meeting the new demands of the international endurance racing landscape.

Following the season opener, both championships will return to the track on June 7 at the Slovakiaring circuit for the second round of the 2026 season.
