Round two of the 2026 GTC Endurance Challenge season saw plenty of on-track action at the Slovakiaring. Following a highly entertaining Stage-2, it was the Autorlando entry of Adriano Visdomini and Koray Kamiloglu (Porsche Cayman 718 GT4) who took victory in the overall race results of the series promoted by Riza International.
The fight for the Pro-Am spoils went down to the wire. Visdomini/Kamiloglu ultimately emerged as the winners, though they finished in second position in both stages. Initially, it looked like Stage-1 winners Nardilli/Gavazza (BMW M4 GT4 Evo) had success in the bag, but lost ground following a late safety car intervention in Stage-2 and a 20-second penalty for a starting procedure infringement as well as for going over the speed limit at the start. Autorlando’s Porsche also received a 15-second penalty for an incorrect starting position, though it wasn’t enough to take them down from first place. Benefitting from this, Gino Motorsport’s Bastos/Ebrahim (Aston Martin Vantage GT4) took an inspired win in Stage-2, though they settled for third in the final race results.
A dominant display from Emilio Damante and Edoardo Maccari (Alpine A110 GT4) saw the Tuder Motorsport duo take the win in the Am class: the Italian pair secured victory in the second race of the season, as well as both stage wins. Second place belonged to Trost/Eder (Porsche Cayman 718 GT4), despite a puncture at the halfway point of Stage-2 that threatened their progress; the final step on the podium went to newcomers Yeremenko/Volobuiev (Audi R8 GT4). Lema Racing missed out on the race podium with its two cars, following a 26-second penalty for Antonucci/Mancinelli (Mercedes AMG GT4) for not having respected the minimum pit stop time. Still, they were able to celebrate a class podium in Stage-2 with Kornelia Olkucka (Mercedes AMG GT4) as she finished second in the Am category on Sunday.
The next round of the GTC Endurance Challenge season, which will continue its partnership with TCR European Endurance, is set to see drivers race in Valencia, with the Circuito Ricardo Tormo hosting race three of the 2026 campaign from September 25th to September 27th.
